we were playing with web cams , We are having sooooooooooooooooooooo much fun. Josh is really funny and franziska is really helpful. I chose this image because I like it and its very creative I took the back of my shoe and it said all star so I took a picture of it. And I when to the side of my shoe and took a picture of it. And “so happend it said converse” ( wink wink nudge nudge)

The judge has to listen to what the witness, accused and defendant has to say.

 The people in the court room have to listen to what the accused and defendant have to say. For instance,  the Court assistant reads the charges against the accused.

The Crown counsel/ Attorney is a lawyer that collects evidence about the crime. He or she does this by asking the victim and the accused questions until the story becomes clear . The court reporter records every thing that the defendant and accused says. The Investigating officer investigates the crime and collects evidence.
